Having heard the learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Advocate appearing for the State and on perusal of the materials in the case diary, it transpires that stupefying materials were administered by the petitioner to the passengers travelling in a train. After the said passengers went unconscious their belongings including the gold ornaments were stolen. 2. Considering the nature and gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner therein, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 3. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected. 4. C.R.M. (A) 2432 of 2026 is dismissed. (Md. Shabbar Rashidi, J.)
