Hassan District, based on the order passed by the Land Tribunal on 17.03.1975. 3. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is seeking transfer of katha based on the order passed by the Land Tribunal and as there is delay of 51 years, the name of the petitioner is not found in the revenue records, and therefore, I am of the view that, no interference is called for in this Writ Petition.
It is open for the petitioner to establish her right over the land in question in a manner known to law. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. SD/- (E.S.INDIRESH) JUDGE
