JUSTICE M.NAGAPRASANNA ORAL ORDER The petitioner is before this Court, seeking the following prayer: "Wherefore it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to quash the charge sheet in CC No.3629/25 at Annexure A registered by the 1st Respondent (Sampangiramangara police station) and the proceedings in CC No.3629/2025 on the file of the Hon'ble VI Addl, Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Bangalore for the offences punishable under Sections 354A(1)(i) of the Indian Penal Code, against the Petitioner. Pass any other order deemed fit in the facts and circumstances of the case." 2. Heard Smt. Manjula Munavalli, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Sri. B.N. Jagadeesha, learned Addl. SPP appearing for respondent No.1 and have perused the material on record. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the trial is at an advanced stage where witnesses have turned hostile. Therefore, this would not become a circumstance for entertaining the petition under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. Therefore, the proceedings are pending. 4. In that light, the concerned Court shall endeavour to conclude the proceedings within an outer limit of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order, in accordance with law.
