Mr. Swapan Kr. Pal, learned Advocate appearing for the alleged contemnors submits that all the petitioners have been extended the benefit and payment has already been made except petitioner no.7, Sajahan Gain, who has expired. Since till date the death certificate and legal heir certificate of heirs of deceased, petitioner no.7 has not been produced before the alleged contemnors, hence the disbursement in respect of petitioner no.7 could not be made. 3. Mr. Samim Ahammed, learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the applicants-petitioners concedes 2 that all the petitioners except petitioner no.7 have received their benefits. He undertakes to produce the death certificate as also legal heir certificate of heirs of deceased petitioner no.7 before the authority concerned for disbursement of the amount, payable to the petitioner no.7, in favour of his legal heirs. He submits that the contempt petition may be disposed of in the light of such compliance. 4. In view of the above, the contempt petition being WPCRC 65 of 2026 stands disposed of. 5.
