JUSTICE JAYANT BANERJI) This petition is filed alleging disobedience of the order dated 04.12.2024 passed by the learned Single Judge in Writ Petition No.29450/2024. The operative part of the order of reads as follows: “5. Taking into consideration the prolonged litigation addressed by the petitioner herein would indicate that, the respondent – BDA has not taken decision in the matter. However, in the ends of justice, the petitioner is permitted file one more comprehensive representation to the respondent – BDA within two weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and same shall be considered by the respondent – BDA within two months, thereafter, taking into consideration the grievance urged by the petitioner herein and the orders passed by this court in the above - 3 - HC-KAR CNR: KAHC010591292025 NC: 2026:KHC:44104-DB CCC No. 1167 of 2025 referred writ petitions. With this observation, the writ petition is disposed of.” 2. It is admitted by the learned counsel for the complainant that a comprehensive representation filed by the complainant before the Commissioner has been rejected by means of an endorsement dated 13.03.2026. 3. In this view of the matter, the order passed by the learned Single Judge, has been complied with. The contempt petition is consigned.
