Pati, ASC CORAM: JUSTICE V. NARASINGH Order No. ORDER 10.09.2026 01. 1. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State. 2. The Petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with G.R. Case No.101 of 2024 pending in the Court of learned SDJM, Berhampur, arising out of Badabazar P.S. Case No.11 of 2024 for commission of offence punishable under Sections 294/ 448/ 506/34 of IPC. 3. It is submitted by the learned counsel that the Petitioner is not a named accused and she is being implicated in the case at hand only because of her criminal proclivity. Hence, she may be protected by pre-arrest bail. “1. Capital UPD, Bhubaneswar P.S. Case No.489 of 2017, U/s-34/392 of IPC. 2. Capital Bhubaneswar P.S. Case No.187 of 2017, U/s-379 of IPC. 3. Badagad P.S. Case No.125 of 2023, U/s- 294/34/341/427/506 IPC.” 4. Learned counsel for the State opposes such prayer. 5. Considering the nature of allegations and punishment prescribed, it is directed that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the Petitioner shall be released on bail by the learned Court in seisin on such terms as deemed just and proper . 6.
