Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody for 1 year 4 months. In spite of the order dated 20th April, 2026 there has been no progress.
I have taken into account the different contrabands which has been recovered from the present petitioner.
Having considered the fact that there has been no change of circumstances, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail.
Accordingly, CRM (NDPS) 1662 of 2026 is dismissed.
