Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs. “10.1 Hon’ble Court may be kind and gracious enough to call for the records of the case from the respondents. 10.2 Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for grant of compassionate appointment as per provisions of NCWA-XI. 10.3 Any other relief/ reliefs which Hon’ble Court may deem fit in the facts and circumstances of the instant case.” 2. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that father of petitioner while working with respondents died in harness on 26.01.2022 (wrongly mentioned in writ petition as 21.01.2022). Petitioner thereafter had submitted an application for grant of dependent employment which till date is pending consideration and therefore direction be issued to respondents to consider the claim of PAWAN KUMAR JHA Digitally signed by PAWAN KUMAR JHA 2 / 2 petitioner for grant of compassionate appointment at the earliest within specified time. 3. Learned counsel for respondent submits that in view of limited prayer made by learned counsel for petitioner, he is having no objection. If the application submitted by petitioner for grant of dependent employment is still pending consideration, it will be considered in accordance with law and appropriate orders will be passed. 4. On due consideration of the submission of learned counsel for the parties, nature of grievance raised, without observing anything on merits of case, this writ petition at this stage is disposed of directing respondents to consider and take decision on the claim of petitioner for grant of dependent employment, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a further period of 02 months from the date of receipt of copy of order passed by this Court. 5.
