In the second line of paragraph 11 at page 3 of the said order, the expression ‘on about 3000 sq.ft’ shall stand corrected to “more than 3000 sq.ft.” 2 4. In the second line of paragraph 12 at page 3, the word ‘affect’ shall stand replaced with the word “effect”. 5. In the first line of paragraph 17 at page 5 of the said order, the expression ‘Municipal Commissioner’ shall stand replaced with the expression “Mayor-in-Council”. 6. In the last line of paragraph 19 at page 5, the expression ‘a notice’ shall stand corrected to read “an order”. 7. In the third line of paragraph 22 at page 6 of the said order, the expression ‘KMC, 1983’ shall stand corrected to read “KMC Act, 1980”.
