The petitioner has filed the present petition seeking twin reliefs: (a) quashing of order dated 4th of May, 2024 and consequential release of wages; and (b) regularization of his services and grant of all consequential service benefits. 02. Though the respondents have filed their response, Mr. Shahbaz Sikandar, learned AAG appearing for the respondents, has submitted that the wages stand already released in favour of the petitioner with effect from 2023 and that the claim of the petitioner for regularization of his services shall be considered in accordance with law. 03. Learned counsel for the petitioner does not oppose the submissions made by learned counsel for the respondents. At the same time, she has submitted that the petitioner has already filed CM No. 4701 of 2026 seeking a direction to the respondents to consider and decide his claim for regularization of services. 04. In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of by directing the respondents to consider and decide the claim of the petitioner for regularization of his services in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 05. In view of the disposal of the main petition, nothing further survives for consideration in the contempt petition. The proceedings in contempt petition are, accordingly, closed.
