1. Petitioner has filed this writ petition, seeking following reliefs;
“10.1. That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authority / Respondent no. 03 to consider and decide the representations of the petitioner (Annexure P1 and Annexure P2).
0.2. That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent to release the salary of the petitioner for the month of February 2021; from July 2021 to September 2021 and from
2 / 2 26.10.2021 to 30.04.2022.
3. That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent to release the salary of the petitioner from 01.05.2025 to 31.07.2025.
10.4. Any other relief or reliefs may also be granted to the petitioners which this Hon'ble court deems fit and proper in the
facts and circumstances of the case.”
2. At the outset, counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has already submitted representation before respondent No. 3 for redressal of his grievance on 05.10.2021 and 26.10.2021, which till date is pending, therefore, direction be issued to the respondent No. 3 to consider and take decision on the representation, at the earliest, within specified time frame.
3. Counsel for the State has no objection to the limited prayer made by counsel for the petitioner.
4. On due consideration of submission of counsel for the parties, the writ petition is disposed of at this stage, directing respondent No. 3 to consider and take decision on the representation submitted by the petitioner, in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of representation.
