Affidavit of service filed in Court today be kept with the records. 2. The husband of the petitioner was an Assistant Teacher of a school. He died-in-harness on January 3, 2021. E-PPO was issued on January 5, 2022. 3. Claiming interest for delayed payment of the terminal dues, the petitioner filed writ petition on April 3, 2024 being WPA 9667 of 2024. On the selfsame cause of action, she filed another writ petition being WPA 8150 of 2026 on April 1, 2026. 4. In none of the writ petitions, the petitioner has disclosed the dates on which documents were submitted before the authority for processing her pension file. The subsequent writ petition does not disclose the pendency of the earlier writ petition. 5. In both the writ petitions, there is gross suppression of materials facts. The stand of the 2 petitioner and that of the learned advocates dealing with the matters are absolutely unacceptable and unpardonable. Such action is highly deprecated. 6. The District Inspector of Schools (SE), Bankura has forwarded a report wherefrom it appears that the hard copy of all the documents pursuant to which the pension file has been made ready was submitted in April 2021, and thereafter, there were several communications made between the applicant, the head of the institution, the office of the District Inspector of Schools (SE), Bankura and office of the Joint Director of Accounts, Bankura. 7. After compliance of all formalities, the papers were submitted on November 26, 2021 and e-PPO has been issued on January 5, 2022. There is hardly any delay requiring interference in this matter. 8. Accordingly, both the writ petitions stand dismissed. 9. Certified server copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
