The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 34 of 2025, registered for the offence under Sections 64 and 351(2) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ranchi. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that false allegation is made against the petitioner of establishing the physical relationship with the informant and now the informant has filed a petition before the learned Sessions Judge in A.B.P. No. 3356 of 2025, stating therein that under the misconception, she was lodged the case and further the petitioner has committed no wrong with her. 3. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State has opposed the prayer and submits that the allegations are there of establishing the relationship with the informant. 5. Annexure-2 of the petition is a document, which was filed by the informant herself before the learned Sessions Judge in A.B.P. No. 3356 of 2025, wherein the informant has stated that on the [2026:JHHC:9469] -2- misconception, she has lodged the case against the petitioner and she has further disclosed that the petitioner has committed no wrong with her and in that view of the matter, the petitioner, named above, is directed to surrender before the learned Court within two weeks from today and the learned Court shall release the petitioner on such terms and conditions or the sureties as the learned Court may deem fit and proper.
