This interlocutory application is filed for correction/ modification of the order dated 23.03.2026, passed in AB No.415/2026, wherein the case diary of Dispur P.S. Case No.186/2025 under Sections 103(1)/238/3(5)/61(2) of the BNS, 2023 along with the medical report/post mortem report was called for. But inadvertently, the case number was mentioned as Dispur P.S. Case No.186/2025, instead of Dispur P.S. Case No.132/2026. Accordingly, he submitted that in para Nos.3 and 4 of the said order needs correction/modification, particularly with regard to the Police Station Case Number. Mr. Goswami, the learned Addl. P.P., Assam raised no objection to that regard. Page No.# 3/3 In view of this, let the order dated 23.03.2026 be corrected/modified and it will be read as the Dispur P.S. Case No.132/2026, instead of Dispur P.S. Case No.186/2025, para Nos.3 and 4 of the said order. This order will be a part of the order dated 23.03.2026, passed in AB No.415/2026.
