Both the counsel unison represented to dispose of the present writ petition in terms of the order dated 09.04.2026 in W.P. No.21843 of 2022. Hence, the respondents are hereby directed to regularize the services of the petitioner from the date of his initial appointment as per the judgment in 4 the case of Secretary, State of Karnataka and others v. Umadevi and others1 . 4. With the above said direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
