Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State. 2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Pahaleja Town P.S. Case No.126/2025, registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018 and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. 3. In the nature of allegation as alleged in the FIR, the Court is not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, as petitioner has antecedent of three cases and allegation is of recovery of 35 litres of liquor from kiosk of Ramji Mahto and a rifle was recovered from the house of the petitioner. 4.
