And In the matter of : Sk. Ashik @ Sekh Ashik.
……Petitioner. Mr. Imdadul Hoque
.....for the Petitioner. Mr. Suman Chakraborty
……for the State.
Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner has approached this Court for apprehending arrest. Case is of the year 2026 and charge-sheet has already been submitted before the jurisdictional Court on August, 2017. Having considered the fact that the petitioner has been evading the process of law, I am of the opinion that this is not a fit case for granting anticipatory bail as sought for. As such, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner in CRM (A) 1686 of 2026 is dismissed. Memo of evidence submitted by the State be kept with the record. All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court.
2 Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
