Service of notice on the respondent is held sufficient. 3. This present petition is filed by the wife seeking transfer of M.C.No.26/2021 filed by the husband for divorce before the Senior Civil Judge and JMFC at Aland, - 3 - HC-KAR CNR: KAHC010044832026 NC: 2026:KHC:40004 CP No. 22 of 2026 Kalaburagi District to the Nyayadegula, Family Court, Bengaluru. 4. The petitioner is working as an Engineer in Deloitte Tonche Tohmatsu India LLP, Deloitte Centre. Her marriage with the respondent was solemnized on 27.01.2015. She has stated that she is unable to obtain leave for attending the proceedings before the Court at Aland, which is at a distance of 620 kilometres. It is further stated that the respondent is also working in BOSCH Company at Bengaluru, but he has filed the divorce petition at Aland only to cause inconvenience to her. 5. The parties herein have filed two proceedings, one for divorce and another for restitution of conjugal rights and both matters are required to be tried together by one Court to avoid conflicting decisions. Therefore, this Court finds that it is just and reasonable to transfer M.C. No.26/2021 filed by the husband for divorce before the Senior Civil Judge and JMFC at Aland, Kalaburagi District, - 4 - HC-KAR CNR: KAHC010044832026 NC: 2026:KHC:40004 CP No. 22 of 2026 to the Nyayadegula, Family Court at Bengaluru, to be tried along with M.C. No. 3/2022 filed by her for restitution of conjugal rights. Family Court is specifically directed to club both the matters and to dispose of them at a time to avoid conflicting decisions.
