Though this matter has come up for admission, it is taken up for final hearing and disposed of by this order. 3. This transfer petition is filed by wife for transfer of MC.No.115/2025 filed by husband for divorce before the Principal Senior Civil Judge and JMFC, Bhadravathi to the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Davanagere. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that marriage between the petitioner and respondent was solemnized on 24.04.2021. They have blessed with two children. The petitioner and her minor children are residing in Nalkunda Village, Maykonda Hobli, Davnager Taluk in her parents house. She is house wife and has no independent source of income. Respondent is running a bakery and earning - 3 - HC-KAR CNR: KAHC010146722026 NC: 2026:KHC:39267 CP No. 81 of 2026 Rs.1,00,000/- per month. She filed Crl.Misc.No.396/2025 seeking for maintenance of herself and the children before the Family Court, Davanager. Distance between both the places is 110 kilometers and it is difficult for her to travel all the way. 5. Learned counsel for the respondent has not turned up. 6. Considering the arguments of learned counsel for the petitioner in the absence of respondent arguments, this Court finds it reasonable to transfer MC.No.115/2025 filed by husband before the Principal Senior Civil Judge and JMFC, Bhadravathi to the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Davanagere. Ordered accordingly. In the result, the petition is allowed. In view of disposal of main petition, pending IA's does not survive for consideration.
