1. This matter has been mentioned on an urgent basis, upon notice to Mr. Guddu Singh, learned Advocate who had appeared for the State as well as to the learned Government Pleader who had also represented the State.
2. Mr. Nag, learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner, submits that he has also intimated the difficulty faced by him to Mr. Singh over telephone.
3. The order dated August 21, 2026 was dictated in open Court and the timelines mentioned at paragraph 21 of the said order had been indicated in Court itself.
4. However, Mr. Nag, submits today that the Session for which he has been granted admission is for the timelines
“2025-2027”. Hence, leave to be given by the authorities should reflect the same.
5. In view of the submission made by Mr. Nag, the Session mentioned in paragraph 21 of the order dated August 21, 2026 is modified and be read as “for the Session 2025-2027”, instead of “for the Session 2026-2027”.

6. However, since the authorities grant study leave for a period of twelve months in a single tranche, the leave will be granted for twelve months for the time being. The rest of the order dated August 21, 2026 will remain unaltered.
7. Let this order be read conjointly with the order dated August 21, 2026.
8. The authorities are directed to act with absolute expedition and issue the order granting such study leave in the course of the day, to enable the petitioner to upload the form by 11:59P.M. today.
9. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order, duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
10. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
