The present PIL has been filed by the Petitioner with the following reliefs:- "A. A writ and/or an order and/or a direction to the Respondents to amend/modify the Chhattisgarh Lower Judicial Service (Recruitment and Service Condition) Rules, 2006 in light of the provision prescribed under The Right Of Persons With Disabilities Act, 2016. B. Any other relief which this Hon'ble Court deem fit in the facts & circumstances of case may also be granted. C. Cost of the petition may also be awarded." 3. Learned counsel for the parties submit that the issue raised in the present PIL has already been addressed and a notification dated 19.12.2024 has been issued by the State in this regard, 3 which is taken on record. 4.
