He would further submit that based on the said representation, the 4th respondent has issued an enquiry summon and the petitioner appeared for enquiry, however, no final decision has been taken in the matter till date therefore, the present writ petition is filed. 3. The learned Government Counsel appearing for the Official respondents would submit that the petitioner’s representation dated 08.06.2024 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis WP No. 18583 of 2026 __________ Page3 of 4 will be considered and appropriate orders will be passed by the respondents within a period of eight weeks. 4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the Official respondents. 5. In view of the same, the 4th respondents is directed to consider the petitioner’s representation dated 08.06.2024 and pass appropriate orders on the same, in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6. This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above terms.
