Petitioner has filed this writ petition praying for following relief(s):- “10.1 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction quashing the impugned judgment and order dated 07.05.2025 passed by the said appellate authority. 10.2 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the records of Appeal No. 37A/2024 from the Rent Control Appellate Authority, Raipur. 10.3 Any other relief or relief(s) which this Hon’ble Court may deem fit or proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.” 2. Considering the fact that there is no representation on behalf of the appellant, this Court directed for issuance of SPC to the appellant for her appearance. As per the service report, SPC sent to the petitioner could not be served because ‘appellant left the house’. 3. Learned counsel for the Respondents submits that according to his instructions, the appellant has vacated the suit premises and keys have also been handed over to the respondent. 4. The appeal is filed through an Advocate Mr. Mayur Khandelwal. However, he remained absent on 23.06.2026, 28.07.2026 and today also. In the aforementioned facts of the case, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss this case for want of prosecution. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed for want of prosecution. Certified copy as per rules.
