Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the documents placed on record. 3. It is pertinent to point out that while the present Contempt Petition is pending for adjudication, as against the order passed by this Court, the respondents filed Writ Appeal along with a petition to condone the delay of 717 days. In view of the above said order passed by the Hon’ble Division Bench of this Court, the present Contempt petition stands closed at present.
