It was submitted on behalf of petitioner though there was no criminal prosecution pending against petitioner, petitioner’s residence was repeatedly searched by the concerned police officials without any authority. 2. Today, Mr. Das, learned Additional Government Pleader on instruction submits that police official did not go to the residence of the petitioner for conducting search. Complaint was lodged by the petitioner on 12th June, 2026 making certain allegations and police official might have gone to the residence of the petitioner for enquiring the issue. 3. On query being posed to the learned advocate representing petitioner to demonstrate whether any case is made out making allegations against police officials relating to repeated visit by the 2 police officials to the residence of the petitioner, Court does not get satisfactory reply. 4. Hence, present writ petition is not interfered with and same stands dismissed. 5. Parties to act on server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
