This petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 528 of the Bhartiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 seeking quashment of Misc. Criminal Case No. 11/2026 pending before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate Janjgir, District- Janjgir-Champa (C.G.) arising out the application filed by the respondent under Section 12 of the Prevention of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 along with the proceedings under Sections 19, 20, 22 & 23(2) thereof. 2.
