Mr. A.K. His statement was recorded under Section 180 of the BNSS promptly and on 15.02.2026, prior to registration of the case, the informant had been facilitated by the Police Station to register complaint on the National Cyber Crime Report Portal (NCRP) for fraud of Rs.3, 22,000/-, Rs. 3, 23,000/- and Rs 2, 27,529/- respectively, out of which amounts of Rs. 51,439/-, Rs.27,412/- and Rs.41,977/- from the beneficiary accounts have been put on hold. It is also stated that as the complainant was unable to provide complete details of the transaction details and statements which has been going on since 02.07.2025, the I.O. has been trying her best to differentiate genuine transactions from fraudulent ones and also puspa obtain the remaining bank statements from ICICI bank and notice to freeze the accounts shall be sent soon after verification of the same and that the Petitioner has been advised to file a CMC for getting the money reverted to his account. The said instructions are taken on record. It shall be scanned and incorporated in the digital record. 4. From perusal of the instructions, it appears that investigation is in progress. Hence, I do not consider it necessary to issue any direction to the I.O. at this stage, but it is expected that steps for freezing the account shall be taken without any delay as any delay in freezing the accounts may result in the account holders withdrawing the money. 5. It is open to the Petitioner to approach the authorities or the Court in case, there is undue delay in completion of the investigation. 6. With these observations, the CRLMP is disposed of. 7.
