Heard the parties. 2. It is the case of the petitioner that the petitioner is working as a Driver in the Office of Civil Surgeon, BS City, Bokaro, since 2008 against the sanctioned and vacant post but the services of the petitioner has not yet been regularized. 3. It is the grievance of the petitioner that though the petitioner had filed a representation and the respondents have taken a policy to regularize the employees who was working since long and a committee has also been constituted but the case of the petitioner has not yet been considered. 4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents submits that if the petitioner file a detailed representation before respondent Nos.1, & 2, the case of the petitioner can be considered and if it is found that the petitioner is entitled for regularization, as per the policy and the rules, the case of the petitioner will be considered and an appropriate order will be passed. 5. Considering the said submission, I direct the petitioner 2026:JHHC:9213 2 to file a representation before respondent Nos.1 & 2 within four weeks. On receipt of the said representation, the case of the petitioner will be considered within eight weeks and communicate the same to the petitioner within four weeks thereafter. 6. It is expected that the respondents will consider case of the petitioner as per law, considering the policy of the respondents. 7.
