This is an application under Section 482 of the BNSS, 2023 for granting Page No.# 2/2 bail to the accused/applicant, namely, Rangemai Dekaraja, in connection with Raha P.S. Case No.05/2026 registered under Sections 103(1)/3(5) of the BNS, 2023. 3. It is submitted that the accused/applicant is a neighbour of Ajoy Dekaraja and is a 67-year-old widow who has no connection with the instant case. 4. It is seen that vide order dated 09.02.2026, a Coordinate Bench of this Court granted interim protection to the accused/applicant. In terms of the said interim protection and directions, the accused/applicant has already appeared before the Investigating Officer and got her statement recorded. 5. Taking into account the aforesaid facts, this Court is of the considered opinion that the interim pre-arrest bail granted to the accused/applicant deserves to be made absolute. Accordingly, the order dated 09.02.2026 is hereby made absolute on the same terms and conditions as mentioned therein. 6. Consequently, the anticipatory bail application stands disposed of as allowed. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
