Petitioner is serving as Trained Graduate Teacher (Arts) at Government Senior Secondary School Gehra, District Chamba, H.P. stated to be a difficult area. His case is that on completion of much more than requisite tenure at the aforesaid station and faced with adverse family circumstances, he preferred a representation on 17.10.2025 (Annexure P-2) to respondent No.2/competent authority seeking transfer to a place of his 1Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? yes 2 preference, but the said representation has not been considered and decided till date. 3. Looking to the limited grievance of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of by directing respondent No.2/competent authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representation of the petitioner, in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from today.
