Sri.Veeresh Uppin., counsel on behalf of Sri.Chandranath Ariga.K., for the petitioner and Sri.Velanganni.C., counsel for the respondent appeared in person.
2. The sale notice dated:28.08.2024 issued by the respondent Bank is called into question in this writ petition on several grounds as set out in the memorandum of writ petition.
3. Counsel Mr.Velanganni.C., submits that the sale notice dated 28.08.2024 has not been given effect to as of today. Hence, the petition does not survive for consideration.
4. The oral submission made by counsel for the respondent is placed on record.
5. The petitioner is seeking to quash the sale notice. However, taking note of the fact that the same has not been given effect to as of today, nothing survives for consideration in
