The petitioners have preferred this writ application praying for direction upon the respondent no.3, who has not acted upon their representation which has been pending since 26th December, 2024. It appears that almost two years have passed and the respondent no.3 is silent on the said representation placed by the petitioners. 5. Considering the said facts, the writ application is disposed of with the direction that the respondent no.3 shall consider the case of the petitioners herein as made out in its representation dated 26.12.2024 within a period of 30 days from the date of communication of this order on hearing the 2 parties and passing a reasoned order in accordance with law. 6.
