It is informed by learned counsel for petitioner that pursuant to the impugned order passed by Coordinate Bench of this Court, petitioner appeared in the Secondary School Examination (Class-X) 2026 conducted by the CBSE. 3. A request has been made by learned counsel for petitioner that the result of petitioner be declared which has not been declared along with the result of Secondary School Examination (Class-X) 2026. 2026:UHC:2785 2 4. There is no opposition from the side of respondents. 5. In such view of the matter, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent- CBSE to declare the result of petitioner within 10 days from today. 6.
