In the instant matter, the grievance pertains to a dispute regarding an alleged arbitrary change in the tariff category of the petitioner’s electricity bill by the respondent-authorities. 3. Having heard the submissions advanced and upon perusal of the material available on record, this Court takes note of the fact that the petitioner possesses a statutory and efficacious alternative remedy qua the resolution of the said grievance under the relevant provisions of the Electricity Act, 2003.
