In view of above submission, as the petitioner is only seeking his representation to be decided C/SCA/12446/2026(GJHC240596342026) ORDER DATED: 03/09/2026 in accordance with law in each of these petitions, the respondent – Commissioner of Geology and Mining is directed to decide the representation made by the petitioner on 02.05.2026, as early as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of this order and to communicate the decision to the petitioner by way of a speed post. 4. In view of the above observation, learned Advocate for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petitions. 5. Permission as prayed for is granted.
