Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and learned HCGP appearing on behalf of the respondent- State. 2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner after arguing the matter for sometime submits that considering the nature of allegations found against the petitioners and the fact that the proclamation orders have been issued by the Trial Court, the present petition may be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to the petitioners to surrender before the Trial Court and file necessary application seeking regular bail. She submits that petitioners have no other criminal antecedents and they are agriculturists by avocation. Therefore, considering the age of the petitioners and nature of allegations found against the petitioners, the Trial Court may be directed to consider the regular bail application of the petitioners on the same day. 3.
