This Court, vide order dated 07.05.2025 passed in MCRC No. 3543 of 2025, while allowing the bail of the petitioner, namely, Maidul Shaikh, had expressed its trust that the trial Court would make an earnest endeavor to conclude the trial expeditiously in accordance with law, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a certi<ed copy of that order, if there was no legal impediment. 3. Earlier on two occasions also this Court had granted extension of KUNAL DEWANGAN Digitally signed by KUNAL DEWANGAN 2 time for compliance of the order dated 07.05.2025. 4. The learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Gharghoda, District- Raigarh (C.G.) vide his request letter dated 29.07.2026 has requested for grant of 06 months time for concluding the trial. 5. It transpires from perusal of the P.U.D. that the supplementary charge-sheet against seven co-accused persons, who are yet to be arrested, is still to be <led. The record further reveals that the evidence of <ve prosecution witnesses remains to be recorded and further proceedings in respect of the said seven co-accused are also required to be undertaken. Accordingly, the learned trial Court has sought extension of time and has prayed for grant of a further period of six months for recording the remaining prosecution evidence, completion of necessary proceedings against the co-accused and concluding the trial and <nal disposal of the case. 6. The request made by the learned trial Court, is allowed, however, instead of granting six months, this Court deems it appropriate to grant further 04 months time for concluding the trial from today. 7. Accordingly, this CRMP stands disposed o4 with the aforesaid direction. 8.
