This writ petition has been filed seeking an order of restraint on the respondent WBSEDCL Authorities from effecting electricity supply to the submersible pump of the respondent no.8. 2. As recorded in the order dated August 11, 2026 when the matter was taken up last, a report was filed on behalf of the respondent WBSEDCL Authorities which indicated that the submersible pump of the private respondent no.8 is at a distance of 210.7 meters from the submersible pump of the petitioner. A list of blocks categorized as “semi-critical and critical” was also handed up to Court on that day to indicate that the place whereat the submersible pump of the respondent no.8 is to be installed does not fall either under the semi-critical zone or the critical zone. 2 3. Mr. Salahuddin, learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner had sought for time to take instruction from the petitioner as regards the aforesaid report and the list. 4. Today when the matter is taken up, Mr. Salahuddin has nothing to dispute. 5. In such view of the matter, no order as prayed for can be passed on the present writ petition. 6. WPA 14458 of 2026 stands disposed of without passing any order as prayed for. No costs. 7.
