At the outset, learned counsel for the respondent/State, by referring to paragraph 5 of the reply, would submit that the Deputy Director, Agriculture, District Dhamtari, vide letter dated 08.01.2026, has RAHUL JHA Digitally signed by RAHUL JHA Date: 2026.08.25 10:34:09 +0530 2 forwarded the No Demand/No Enquiry/No Event Certificate in favour of the petitioner to the Joint Director, Agriculture, Raipur Division, Raipur, for approval and sanction. He would further submit that reminder letters have also been sent for release of 100% pension to the petitioner. He would submit that as soon as the sanction is accorded by the Director, Agriculture, the same would be released to the petitioner. He prays for 45 days’ time for completion of the aforesaid exercise. 2. In view of the above submission, this Court considers it appropriate to dispose of the instant writ petition with a direction to the respondents to complete the aforesaid exercise and release pension payable to the petitioner within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3. With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition stands disposed of, with liberty reserved in favour of the petitioner to approach this Court in case the cause of action survives.
