This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondent no.1-District Magistrate, Haridwar, to decide his application under Section 41 of the U.P. Land Revenue Act, 1901. 4. From perusal of the record, it transpires that no such application under Section 41 of the U.P. Land Revenue Act, 1901, has been moved by the petitioner before the learned Assistant Collector, Ist Class, Roorkee, Haridwar, who has got exclusive jurisdiction to entertain and decide such application. 5. In such view of the matter no interference is required by this Court in the matter. 6. Accordingly writ petition is dismissed in limine. (Pankaj Purohit, J.) 20.04.2026 SK
