Pursuant thereto, the respondent calculated the terminal benefits at Rs.4,92,550/- , and the same was paid to the petitioner by way a Cheque No.017864 dated 13.05.2026. 3.In view of the above, this Court finds that there is no wilful disobedience. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition is closed.
