And In the matter of : Tanuj Kumar Biswas ……Petitioner. Mr. Partha Sarathi Das Mrs. Sudipa Das Mr. Agnijyoti Chanda .....for the Petitioner. Mr. Somnath Adhikary Ms. Rima Banerjee ……for the State. Mr. Kalyan Bhattacharjee Ms. Sahina Khatun .......for the De-facto complainant. An application for anticipatory bail was earlier rejected on 11.09.2025 in CRM (A) 2915 of 2025. Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that even after exhausting the process of warrant of arrest, petitioner could not be traced presently and proclamation has been issued. Having considered that earlier the application for anticipatory bail has been refused, I am of the opinion that the present application in CRM (A) 1726 of 2026 be dismissed. Memo of evidence submitted by the State be kept with the record. 2 All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities. (Tirthankar Ghosh, J.)
