"The original cause action arose from the thasildhar in RRT proceedings with regards to school building accordingly the Impugned order at Annexure - T page No.64 was passed by the Executive Officer, Maluru, vide It is true that proceedings there after filing the present petition the respondent did not proceed with the Impugned order dated 23.11.2023 the petitioner school had approached the deputy commissioner kolar have stayed the proceedings of thasildhar and also that the said matter was also subject matter of lokayuktha proceedings the petitioner was constrained to approach this honorable court in W.P.No.5561/2024 [Division Bench] and division bench have granted interim order of stay as against the honorable Lokayuktha.
