Jiya Lal Bhardwaj , Judge (Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the pay of the petitioners has been fixed, however, the consequential benefits have not been released in their favour. 2. In view of above, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present execution petition and the proceeding are closed.
