In this petition, the petitioner is seeking direction to the respondent No.3-Tahsildar, Yelahanka Taluk to consider the representations dated 19th July, 2023 (Annexure-D) and 02nd January, 2024 (Annexure-E) for transfer of Khata in favour of the petitioner in respect of subject land. 3. Heard Sri. Mohammed Tippu Sultan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Sri. Spoorthy Hegde, learned High Court Government Pleader appearing for respondents. 4. Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties, on perusal of the representations made by the - 3 - HC-KAR CNR: KAHC010594452025 NC: 2026:KHC:42591 WP NO.27506 OF 2025 petitioner, the same would indicate that the subject land has been granted in favour of the petitioner during the year 1984- 85. Therefore, I am of the view that the respondent No.3 shall consider the representations made by the petitioner for transfer of Khata in respect of the subject land. Accordingly, the respondent No.3-Tahsildar, Yelahanka Taluk is directed to consider the representations dated 19th July, 2023 (Annexure- D) and 02nd January, 2024 (Annexure-E) and take decision in the matter in accordance with law to transfer the Khata of subject land in favour of the petitioner, after verifying the original records pertaining to the grant, within an outer limit of four months from the date of receipt of this order.
