Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner/wife is living with two children and another child is in the care and custody of the respondent, who is a police constable and as on date the petitioner is living without any maintenance and her parents also died. Therefore, she seeks transfer of the case to Family Court, Chennai. 3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to transfer HMOP No.107 of 2025 from the file of Sub Court, Ambasamudram to the file of Sub Court, Alandur. 4. Accordingly, Tr.C.M.P.No.202 of 2026 is allowed and the proceedings in HMOP No.107 of 2025 is withdrawn from the file of Sub Court, Ambasamudram and the same is transferred to Sub Court, Alandur. 5. The respondent/husband is directed to pay a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees 2/4 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis TR CMP No. 202 of 2026 Ten Thousand only) as interim maintenance to the petitioner till modification. 6.
