2. Mr. Pramod Tiwari, learned AGA assisted by Mr. Vikas Uniyal, learned Brief Holder for the State.
3. Present bail application is moved by the applicant, who is in judicial custody in connection with FIR/Case Crime No.140 of 2026 for the offence punishable under Section 3/5/11 of the Uttarakhand Protection of Cow Progeny Act, Police Station Bhagwanpur, District Haridwar.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant is a lady and she has been falsely implicated in the present matter. He submits that there is no evidence on record that applicant had slaughtered any cow progeny; there is no public witness of the alleged recovery; applicant has no previous antecedent. He further submits that applicant is ready to furnish adequate security as this Court deems fit, if enlarged on bail.
5. Learned State counsel vehemently opposed the bail application.
6. Having heard leaned counsel for the parties, without going into the merits of the case and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, applicant is entitled to be released on bail.
7. Accordingly, bail application is allowed. Let the applicant-Smt. Shahjadi be released on bail on her executing a personal bond and two
reliable sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of court concerned subject to the condition that the applicant shall cooperate with the trial proceedings and shall not misuse the liberty granted to her.
