The present petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973/Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 seeking quashing of the order dated 22.09.2021 passed by the learned Trial Court in FIR No.201 dated 01.12.2017 under Sections 379B, 506, 34 of IPC (corresponding to Sections 303, 351 and 3(5) of BNS, 2023) at Police Station Sarabha Nagar, Police Commissionerate, Ludhiana, whereby petitioner was declared a proclaimed offender. 2. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that she does not want to press the present petition at this stage. It is further submitted that the petitioner shall surrender before the learned Trial Court within a period of three days from today and may be permitted to move an appropriate application seeking grant of regular bail before the said Court. 3.
