Order dated 18.03.2026, a report was called for from the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Garhwa with regard to the stage of Original Suit No. 73 of 2025 and vide Letter No. 134 of 2026 dated 30.03.2026 sent by Shri Manoj Chandra Jha, learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Garhwa, it has been informed that Original (Matrimonial) Suit No. 73 of 2025 (Indrajeet Kumar Gupta Vrs. Chandani Gupta) has been dismissed as withdrawn on 14.11.2025 on the basis of withdrawal petition of petitioner-Indrajeet Kumar Gupta.

Under the circumstances, this Transfer Petition No. 73 of 2025 has become infructuous as the same has been filed by the petitioner-Chandani Kumari @ Chandani Gupta [Opposite Party of Original Suit No. 73 of 2025] for
