The petitioner before this Court has stated to have applied for appointment under the Orissa Civil Service (Rehabilitation Assistance) Rules,1990 by making an application dated 27.10.2025. 2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner’s late mother was employed with the Government. She died while in service working as Laboratory Attendant. Thereafter, the petitioner has approached the authority several times and had made an application annexed to the writ application marked as Annexure-4 dated 27.10.2025. 3. Apparently, the said application does not enclose the required testimonials as well as certificates for consideration by the authority. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner shall approach the authority within a period of six weeks along with all detailed particular documents as would be required. 4. It is submitted by the learned Additional Government Advocate that the petitioner should approach the authority by making complete and proper application in accordance with law. 5. For the said purpose, the petitioner shall have audience with the authority. The authority shall instruct him the required documents which are essential for the application. After the application is made complete in all aspects as required under law, the same shall be considered by the authority and decision shall be taken within a period of four months of making the complete application by the petitioner. The decision so taken by the authority shall be intimated to the petitioner. 6. It is clarified that this Court has not expressed any opinion regarding the claim of the petitioner or contentions of the parties to the writ petition. 7. The writ petition is disposed of with the aforesaid observations. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application as per Rules. (Mruganka Sekhar Sahoo) Judge Gs/Radha
